STATEMENT OF JURISDICTION

The petitioner humbly submits to the jurisdiction of the Honorable Supreme Court under Art. 136 of the Constitution of India against the decision of disciplinary committee of BCI against Heeramall & Associates suspending the enrollment of the Mr. Heeramall from advocates roll A PIL is also filed by a Consortium of Law Finns, named Advocates of India, in the Supreme Court of India challenging the restrictions imposed by BCI, prohibiting maintenance of websites by these law firms under Alt. 32 of Constitution of India The present memorandum sets forth the facts, contentions and arguments.
